All is burning
Sights and sounds are burning
Tastes and smells are burning
Tangibles and feelings are burning
Thoughts and emotions are burning
Beliefs and opinions are burning
Speech and actions are burning

All is burning
Burning with the fire of greed and envy
Burning with the fire of hatred and aggression
Burning with the fire of delusion and stupidity
Burning with the fire of ego and arrogance

All is burning
Burning with sorrow and lamentation
Burning with grief and despair
Burning with anxiety and worry
Burning with loneliness and boredom

All is burning –
Destroying us and all around us
Yet we are blind to see it
Enchanted by the play of Maya,
We foolishly cling and grasp –
Burning ourselves and others

All is burning
Let's wake up from the delusion
Seeing things just as they are,
We realize letting go is sanity
Being completely open and free,
